Call our office at (703) 596-4796 or fill out the online intake form. We will match you with the right provider based on your needs and insurance.

Step 2

Complete Intake

Fill out our new patient paperwork through our secure online portal before your first appointment. This helps your provider prepare for a thorough evaluation.

Step 3

First Appointment

Meet your provider for a comprehensive 45-60 minute evaluation. Together, you will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.

What to bring to your first visit

To make the most of your initial evaluation, please bring the following items to your appointment.

Valid photo ID (driver's license or state-issued ID)
Insurance card (front and back)
List of current medications with dosages
Past medical and psychiatric records (if available)
Referral from your primary care doctor (if required by insurance)
List of questions or concerns you would like to discuss
Payment for any copay or self-pay amount

Insurance Accepted

We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. Average session cost with insurance: $21.
