Dr. Jeff Martens is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified Complex Trauma Professional with over 15 years of specialized experience in treating trauma and related conditions. He earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Northern Illinois University and has developed deep expertise in evidence-based trauma treatments. Dr. Martens is trained in CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and is licensed to practice in both Virginia and Maryland.
